The Kalamazoo Moped Riders celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in pretty much the way they celebrate everything: mopeds and beer.  A quick little lap through the Vine neighborhood followed by a quick pass through downtown before ending up at Tibbs Brewing Company to refresh ourselves with their stout infused with fresh mint and chocolate. We also learned that someone does not appreciate the way Gregg Allman’s tour bus driver parks and that the State Theater doesn’t understand the no bikes on sidewalks rules.
