Sunday Ride, April 17, 2016

With the perfect combination of weather, running bikes, and an awesome crew of people, KMR’s first ride of the season was a blast. We started out with a nice little ride through the Vine neighborhood and down through the Kalamazoo Mall, where there were loads of people out and about. As is almost always the case, seeing a group of mopeds makes people smile. We stopped off at one of our favorite watering holes, Tibb’s Brewing Company, where Sam the bartender was happy to see us. We headed back to the shop, and while Chad grilled up some porkchops, Gee lead another quick little ride around Bronson Parkway and the Winchell neighborhood. It was particularly beautiful to see the twilight reflecting off Pike’s Pond as we rode.

Lots of fun, and the first of many this season!
